My name is Charlotte Watts and l have worked for over twenty years in the dental profession. Firstly as a trainee nurse before qualifying as a nurse passing the NEBDN with a Distinction. 

I worked my way up the ranks- practice manager, business manager then onto Operations Manager. I know and understand the pressures of a busy dental practice in today's highly competitive market. Any staff absence either planned or unplanned can have a huge impact on the smooth running and reputation of a dental practice.  This is why l set up First Agency Direct. But l wanted it to different from other locum agencies. We put our customers first, we are a locum dental agency providing only agency nurses. 

All of our dental nurses are Qualified, GDC registered, Hep B immune, carry full medical indemnity, EDBS checked and come with their own Face fit tested mask and Pass certificate. First Agency Direct pay higher salary rates to our staff so we not only attract the best, but we expect the best from our team.
