My name is Charlotte Watts and l have worked for over twenty years in the dental profession. Firstly as a trainee nurse before qualifying as a nurse passing the NEBDN with a Distinction. 

I worked my way up the ranks; practice manager, business manager then onto operations manager. 

I know and understand the pressures of a busy dental practice in today's highly competitive market. Any staff absence either planned or unplanned can have a huge impact on the smooth running and reputation of a dental practice, this is why l set up First Agency Direct. However, l wanted the company to differ from other locum agencies, by putting our customers first, and actively shrug off the stigma of the idle agency nurse that will sit on their phone for the whole day.

All of our dental nurses are Qualified, GDC registered, Hep B immune, carry full medical indemnity, EDBS checked and referenced checked. First Agency Direct pay higher salary rates to our staff so we not only attract the best, but we expect the best from our team.
