Mallayla joined the First Agency Direct team in January 2025, she has currently taken charge of social media marketing within our company which she has an immense passion for and works as a morning coordinator alongside this.

Lila has joined our afternoon coordinator team recently and is constantly going above and beyond to prove her technical skills and contribution to the team, she enjoys experimenting with different makeup looks and styles.

Laura Hurst has joined our bookings team, with her diligent and effective approach towards things Laura is picking up the fast pace of the office.

You can be assured your bookings will be dealt with effectively.

Ellie has just completed her university degree and has joined out Totnes Office as a booking coordinator. We are looking forward to working with her as she is a happy chirpy character who will look after your bookings well.

We are delighted to welcome Lois to our team. Having recently completed her university degree. Lois is starting a an exciting new chapter with us and is already getting stuck in to the world of Agency work. she'll also be lending a hand with our exhibitions and event management. (once we have taught her where the tea bags are and how everything else works!)

Lexi has recently joined our team as a morning coordinator and we have extremely high hopes as she has already blown us away with how quickly she has learned the ropes within our office team. She enjoys traveling abroad and exploring.

Sophia has joined our Totnes team. A fountain of knowledge about Totnes.....We all know who sausage Dave at the train station is now. Sophia will look after your bookings and endeavour to ensure you have a seamless journey whilst using our services.

Ann has joined our Totnes office.

Originally from Reading has moved to Devon to enjoy the seaside offerings.

Ann will deal with all your bookings efficiently and effectively.

A big welcome to Evie Frazer, who joins us as Bookings Coordinator after completing a degree in Fine Art Evaluation.

We’re confident Evie will bring a fresh and valuable perspective to the way we organise, schedule, and coordinate our work. With a trained eye for detail and composition, she has a natural ability to bring order to complexity — exactly what’s needed when juggling busy diaries, shifting priorities, and last-minute changes.

We suspect she’ll quickly become the person who makes everything look effortlessly balanced, even when it absolutely isn’t behind the scenes. In short, we’re expecting calm, structure, and a touch of finesse to our bookings process.

Devon used work for First Agency Direct as an Agency nurse in. Some of you will already be familiar with her friendly face. Now Devon has joined us as bookings coordinator and is bringing allure knowledge with her to help and guide fellow dental nurses on their journeys.
